2025

Final packaging line with collaborative robot

Design, manufacturing, and integration of a final packaging line for electrical switches. This project was the first in the plant to implement a collaborative robot (cobot) working alongside operators, optimizing the packaging process and ensuring maximum product quality.

A complete packaging line was designed and built for switch assemblies, integrating multiple advanced technologies aimed at guaranteeing product quality and efficiency. The implementation of a collaborative robot marked a milestone for the plant, enabling safe human–robot interaction and improving workflow precision. This innovative solution set a new standard for packaging automation within the facility.

2024

Cabinet assembly lines

Design, manufacturing, and integration of a total of 64 stations divided into three assembly lines for cabinet production. The project included the implementation of riveting systems, vision inspection technology, and a complete traceability integration.

The three cabinet assembly lines, comprising a total of 64 stations, were designed and manufactured in record time. Each line integrated diverse assembly technologies such as screwdriving and riveting, as well as advanced inspection systems based on artificial vision. This combination ensured production precision, reliability, and complete process traceability, aligning with the client’s operational and quality standards.

2023

Assembly and packing line

Design, manufacturing, and full integration of a production line composed of seven stations dedicated to packaging and handling components weighing up to 40 kg. The project focused on optimizing packaging, cleaning, labeling, and inspection processes through the implementation of industrial robots to ensure efficient and safe handling.

An advanced production line was designed, manufactured, and integrated using two industrial robots to manage the handling and transfer of components across all stations. The robots were programmed in compliance with the client’s production and safety standards, ensuring precise and reliable operation.
 This assembly line was fully connected to the client’s traceability system, enabling real-time data and signal exchange for inventory and quality management. This holistic integration optimized workflow efficiency and guaranteed consistent product quality throughout the entire process.

2022

Line for assembly and inspection of components

Design and manufacturing of an assembly line with three stations for the central console. Each station was engineered to ensure precise assembly and rigorous inspection, guaranteeing the integrity and visual quality of the final components.

This project included the development of three main stations built with high-quality materials, such as high-density polyurethane (shore 90A), preventing any surface damage to visible parts.
 One of the stations was designed with a manual-rotation mechanism that enables ergonomic screwdriving at multiple angles, ensuring operator comfort and precision. Advanced vision systems and code readers were integrated to verify assembly accuracy and guarantee full traceability according to the client’s quality standards.

2021

Latch screwdriving station

Design, manufacturing, and programming of a semi-automatic latch screwdriving station components. The station was engineered to ensure process repeatability and high fastening quality, while maintaining full operator ergonomics for effortless part loading and unloading.

  • Equipped with Poka Yoke component detection system
  • Achieved tolerance under 0.1 mm

The project consisted of a semi-automatic station precisely adapted to the geometry of the latch components. Advanced technologies were implemented, including high-precision sensors and a next-generation torque controller, ensuring every screw is tightened with consistent accuracy.
 The integrated Poka Yoke system (error-proofing) played a key role in detecting missing or incorrect parts, preventing defects at the earliest stage of production.
 This comprehensive approach guaranteed exceptional quality, full process traceability, and certified repeatability, meeting the strict standards of the automotive industry.
