IARM SYSTEMS will address your request and communicate the corresponding resolution within a maximum period of 20 business days, counted from the date the request was received. If the request is deemed appropriate, it will be made effective within 15 business days following the date the response is communicated. These periods may be extended once for an equal period, when justified by the circumstances of the case.

IARM SYSTEMS reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time, in order to comply with new legislative provisions, internal policies, or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services or products.
